If at any time, you can't remember the Transaction Pin you used when creating your OurPass account, no worries! Here's how you can reset it:


Step 1: Share the following details to our customer support at help@ourpass.co:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Device Details (Make and Model)

  • A copy of your Government ID first page (Passport highly preferred)

Step 2: Once we confirm above details with the compliance team, we will reset your Transaction Pin to default. 


Step 3: You can then log in to your OurPass account and create an entirely new 5-digit Transaction Pin.
