We completely understand that a limit on your transaction value can be frustrating at times. It's the same with OurPass. You can transact without upgrading your account, but you will have Transactions Limits.
To upgrade your account, you can simply follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log In to your OurPass Mobile App via iOS or Android
Step 2: Go To “Account” icon at the bottom right corner of the Home Screen and Click on “Account Upgrade”.
Step 3: Enter your BVN, date of birth, select your gender and click on “Verify Information”.
