Since our login and security is password-based, rather than a device-based, here's what you can do:
Step 1: Simply re-download the Mobile App (Login to the OurPass Merchant WebApp for Merchants) from the iOS or Playstore.
Step 2: Login with the same Email and Password from your existing OurPass Account.
Step 3: Viola, You're in! No hassles, right?
